By accessing or using the LTG API Portal ("Service") operated by Lockstep Technology Group ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides API management tools including API key provisioning, rate limiting, usage analytics, webhook delivery, and integration management. Access is provided through subscription plans with varying usage limits.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers Free, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans. Each plan includes specific usage limits (API calls per day, requests per minute). Exceeding limits will result in rate limiting (HTTP 429 responses). Plan pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days notice.
API keys are issued per subscription and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your API key. Sharing keys with unauthorized parties is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and access to the Service will cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or portal notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
